What if your energy was your real success?
For most of my life, I defined success by output. By what I built. By how fast I moved.
Everything changed in a hospital bed three years ago.
I’d gone from peak fitness - 33 years old, looking the picture of health - to being shut down by severe gut issues and infections brought on by stress.
Two weeks under round-the-clock care, monitored every two hours 24 hours a day, unable to eat or function, facing a future I no longer recognised.
Just days earlier, I looked strong on the outside. But inside, I was breaking.
That’s how fragile health really is - and how fast it can unravel when we ignore the signals.
That moment stripped everything away. What remained was a new truth:
Success means nothing without sustainable health.
Since that day, I’ve committed my life to helping people reclaim their healthspan - not just their lifespan. Using nutrition, longevity science, and the wisdom of lived experience from doctors, nutritionists and people who take time to create real sustainable health products and rituals. I teach people how to rebuild their energy from the inside out.
This is the real work behind wellness.
1. Life’s Purpose
Purpose and energy are deeply linked. It’s not about achievement - it’s about alignment.
I used to chase titles. Now I chase integrity. Cooking dinner for my grandparents. Walking in silence at dawn. These are the moments that root me.
If your actions match your values, your life will feel purposeful - even in quiet seasons.
2. Identity
When I lived in constant hustle, I needed the next win to feel valid.
But burnout stripped all of that away. I had to ask: Who am I without achievement?
The answer came slowly: someone who builds from presence, not panic.
Your identity shapes your habits - and your habits shape your health.
3. Food
Your body speaks food as its first language.
And most of us have been feeding it noise.
During my worst flare-ups with eczema, no cream worked. Only when I returned to real, organic superfoods and being honest with my habits did my body begin to heal.
That’s why I created Skincare Greens - a certified organic, doctor-formulated daily greens powder to calm inflammation and restore skin, gut, and hormonal health.
It’s not a trend. It’s an ancient foundation.
4. Movement
I used to run to escape myself.
Now, I run to remember who I am.
Movement isn’t punishment - it’s presence.
Some days it’s ten miles. Other days it’s breathwork and a slow walk in the hills. The point is: move daily, move honestly. Let your body speak its rhythm.
5. Sleep
Sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s the control centre of your healing.
In my hustle days, I treated it as optional. Now I treat it as sacred.
Greens at night, cold room, magnesium, tech off. These are non-negotiables in my routine. Because recovery is what allows clarity, focus, and strength to return.
6. Time-Out
Doing nothing is deeply productive - if it’s done with intention.
My nervous system only began to truly heal when I left the city, got quiet, and reconnected to nature. I now build in rituals of rest:
• Digital-free Sundays
• Long solo walks
• Forest walks and breathe
This is where my most creative ideas are born - not from the grind, but the gap.
7. Connections
Your relationships either heal you or drain you.
During my darkest times, I isolated. Told myself I had to figure it out alone.
But healing happens in community.
The nervous system co-regulates. Meaning: you feel better around safe, kind, honest people. Choose people who help you come alive - not perform.
8. Learning Habits
I used to devour books for status. Now I seek wisdom for depth.
The body is my best teacher. I learn through cold water, fasting, breath, nature.
True wellness is not in hacks - it’s in slowing down enough to listen to what your body has been sharing all along.
9. Emotional Intelligence
For years, I suppressed everything.
Anger? Push it down.
Grief? Numb it.
Sadness? Too risky to feel it out.
But every unprocessed emotion eventually erupts.
Now, I feel everything. Without shame. Because feeling is healing.
Whether it’s running through grief or speaking truth through tears, I’ve learned that emotional fluency is the most underrated longevity tool we have.
