1. Products
1.1 | Our supplement greens are designed to support general health and wellness and are not intended to be used as a substitute or food replacement to a balanced diet. Please note that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The claims made on this Site have not been evaluated by the UK (United Kingdom) Food Standards Agency (FSA) or other regulatory bodies. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement.

2.1 | While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product descriptions, ingredients, or other content. Packaging may vary from what is shown on the Site.

3. Orders and Payment
3.1 | All orders placed on the Goodsense Superfoods Site are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the methods offered on the Site, which may include credit/debit cards or PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
3.2 | If any modifications or amendments are made to your order, the prices charged will be applicable to reflect any changes at the time your order is confirmed.
3.3 | All promotions are offered for a limited time period and any amendments to your order may mean that specific promotions are no longer applicable.
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 | Goodsense Superfoods offers subscription-based purchases for certain products. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing and Payment: Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the frequency selected during sign-up. You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring payments until you cancel.

Cancellations: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 | We aim to dispatch orders within 1 day from the date of your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Goodsense Superfoods is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, including those caused by weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.
5.2 | All listed product prices on our website exclude delivery fees. Orders placed may include a delivery fee, which will be shown as a separate charge on checkout prior to confirming your order.

Delivery within the UK: Orders are typically delivered within 4 working days.

International Delivery: We offer international shipping, with delivery times and fees varying depending on location and customs procedures.
5.3 | Please ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate to avoid any delays. Goodsense Superfoods is not responsible for any costs associated with incorrect addresses.
5.4 | Since we aim to dispatch orders as soon as they are processed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to your order, including the delivery address, order amendments, or cancellations.
5.5 | Additionally, if the shipping address entered is incorrect, the package will be returned to our address, and there will be an additional charge to ship the product again.
5.6 | For orders placed before 12:00 (GMT/BST) Monday-Friday, we will make every attempt to dispatch them the same day, and all orders placed after will be dispatched the following business day. All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.
5.7 | It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. In the event that we are instructed to release the package unattended at the delivery address, we are not liable for any theft, damage, contamination, or other quality issues due to the product being left in suboptimal temperatures.
5.8 | If a shipment is marked as delivered, but you have not received the package / product, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery date), so that we may investigate to remedy the situation, as we will be unable to do so beyond this period.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 | Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and in resalable condition.
6.2 | To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@goodsensesuperfoods.com and return the product to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
6.3 | If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including the cost of returning the item. The liability of these Terms is limited to the value of the product purchased and the shipping costs. We will be unable to accept any claims, for any reason, beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
6.4 | For subscriptions, you may cancel an upcoming shipment as long as the order has not been processed. In order to do so, please email us at info@goodsensesuperfoods.com, or log in to the subscription center on the website and request a cancellation. A reminder email will be generated and sent 5 days prior to the subscription renewal. We are not liable for any missed emails, so please ensure that messages from Goodsense Superfoods are being received to your inbox. You may cancel a subscription 1 day prior to renewal date, after this, orders will be dispatched as stated. You may still return any unopened/unused products within 14 days from the date of delivery, pursuant to clause: 6.1 and 6.2.
7. Promotions and Special Offers
7.1 | Goodsense Superfoods may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers from time to time. By participating in these promotions, you agree to the following:

10.3 | Our liability is limited to the retail price of the product and related delivery charges.
11. Consumer Rights
11.1 | As a consumer, you have legal rights under UK law in relation to faulty or misdescribed products. If the products you receive are faulty or do not match the description provided on our website, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with UK consumer law.
